I just have to share what came in the mail!!! Isn't this gorgeous? Well this is a wonderful little gift that I received from Kristy at Craftin On My Door. She gave this as blog candy, not to one but surprising everyone that commented with this wonderful gift!! Can you believe? She was a busy camper making all these note cards and holders... she even asked us what our favorite color was. SO SWEET!
So the first thing I did was grab my camera so I could share my gift with you! Isn't this beautiful? Red is my favorite color and look how nice.
This is what it looks like when you untie the ribbon. It holds the cutest little monogrammed note cards complete with envelopes! So you know me when I like something I have to share, so I am already busy putting together some for Christmas gifts!!! Of course none will top this one but I sure will make them look pretty!
Here is what the note card looks like. I wish I could say I used them to write her a thank you card, instead I used one of my old cards... I have to admire a little while longer before I use!!! So THANK YOU - THANK YOU Kristy for this lovely gift, I think you can tell I really like it!
I can't help myself Kristy I have to show you what I have done so far!!! I'm so excited, can you tell? This was the first one I made.... Kristy I hope I did your design proud, I was just so pleased with this gift I had to make more...
This is the inside, don't you just love these bright colors?
And this last photo is a close up of the front as you really need to see the paper it is awesome!
Ok, I am adding a tutorial to this post, two videos as I have received many emails asking for directions and a tutorial. If you click on this before the 2nd video is uploaded, be sure to check back later for the final instructions.
I hope you too liked today's design and if you would like to see more of Kristy's beautiful projects please check out Craftin On My Door today! Oh and feel free to leave her a little blog love here to, she will be so pleased and encouraged by your sweet words.
