Sheila, Thank you so much for all your help. I'm sure the posts will come in handy once I get my gypsy updated. I'm so sad. I spoke with customer service 3 times Friday. Gypsy is still updating non stop since noon Friday. I'm sure that can't be right. Hope it finishes by tomorrow. Any help would be great. Thanks again, Kim
