A Brood of Bright Bunny Biddies...

...are bouncing by to bid you Easter Blessings!
Carolyn, from Carolyn's Creative Corner, with you today!
These cards were made using the Cricut Expression 2, the Cricut Cartridge "3 Birds on Parade" and the Gypsy, hand-held design studio.
Three bunnies and egg shells were loaded onto a 12x12 inch mat on the Gypsy screen.
Four different colors were used to cut the bunnies and eggshells.  When assembled, twelve different bunnies and egg shells were created.  The egg shell was glued to the card front.  The bunny was applied with dimensional foam dots to give depth.
To add interest to the egg shell, I embossed across the shell with Cuttlebug narrow border embossing folders.  Then added color by inking the edges and embossed area.
Flocking was added to the body and ears of the biddy.  The image was turned face down and run through the Xyron 250.  Flocking was applied to the sticky surface.
The paper flower stickers are from Fred's Department Store.
The sentiment is from a stamp from the $1.00 bin at
Michaels Craft Store.
I used an embossing pen to color only the words.
Blue "rick-rack" was used to highlight the sentiment.
Another stamp from the $1.00 bin at Michaels Craft Store was used for the inside sentiment.
Thank you for visiting "She's a Sassy Lady" today!
Have a wonder day!

  2. These birdie bunnies are sooooo cute!!! I hope you don't mind if I lift this idea to make place cards for Easter? Love how you lined them up on your Gypsy girl and cut out every piece in the same colors, then swapped!!!
