Well it is Day 2 on the For The Love Of Everyone Blog Hop and the Excitement continues with 10 wonderful blogs offering designs you are gonna wanna see!
I'm A Little Dirty!!!
Don't you just love this Valentine's Card? And it is so simple to make you are sure to want to make for that certain "SPECIAL" someone in your life! I needed something simple to make because of a lack of time, yet special enough for hubby to take notice. This card has it all! Click HERE for the link to the Gypsy Made Simple post so you can learn how to make the base of the card that is shown on the right. But for the inside we are going to use a stamped piece of material, yes fabric that Enfy shared on he blog; Going Buggy. She is a wonderfully talented lady that I hope has a forgiving heart when she hears how I pronounced her name on the video!
Above is just a little shot of the fabric. Isn't it wonderful? They are the Lorilei Designs and I purchase online as I didn't know where to purchase them. I just googled the name and it came up.
After you choose the image you want all you need to do is take a glue stick and place a thick coat on the back of the fabric.
Then place your glued image on a sheet of card stock and set it asside to dry.
Now this is the only hard work to this card. You need to fussy cut it. Be sure to get a good pair of scissors to make the task easier.
Take your time and get as much detail as you can as it really looks wonderful when it is popped on a page offering a lttle dimentsion and shadow to the whole design.
Now doesn't that look wonderful? Now all we have to do is put out card together.
Thanks for stopping by today. I hope you enjoyed today's project and come back to see us again. You can find instructions for a card of this type on Gypsy Made Simple Gate Cards. It only takes a few minutes to design and put together.
Now be sure to leave a comment on this post as you could win a wonderful 24 piece Martha Stewart Glitter set! You must leave a comment on either Saturday or Sunday's post (yup, 2 wonderful projects), or both if you want to double your chance to win! You must be a follower to qualify to win. Contest closes at 10PM CST on 2/13/2011. Winner will be announced at 5AM on Valentines Day! There will be a window in the right hand side of my blog until the winner claims her prize.
Now lets move on to the next blog as you are gonna wanna see the AWESOME design waiting just for you! You have only 9 more to look at and each one offers a WONDERFUL - WONDERFUL opportunity to see a beautiful design and a chance for blog candy.... so get your fingers moving make a comment here and move on to the next wonderful blog!
