Weekly Challenge, Hot Chocolate Card, Blog Candy & Blog Hop All In 1 Day!

Christmas is in the air. You can feel the hustle and bustle all around you and sometimes it is just overwhelming. Well today we have a great little project that you can make on your own or if you prefer just grab the file (yes, my gift to all that read this is a FREE GYPSY FILE! and in about 15 to 20 minutes you can have a wonderful little gift card for a friend, coworker, mailman, or what ever your need may be.

This was a difficult file for me as I see things as they are. I literally folded paper to what I wanted and then laid it flat so I could figure out how this card would fold. At that I even had it backwards once... guess I will never be an engineer! LOL

Look at the inside isn't this just too cute. The pocket is the word YUMMY and makes it easy to hold what ever you want to put in, be it hot chocolate mix, apple cider, or maybe even tea bags... let your imagination be your guide.

Let's get this card put together. I had so much going on the morning that I was making this card.... washer and dryer running, dishwasher and I had a big pot of chili on the oven. This is what I love about crafting, you get all your chores going and then you can sit in the mist of it and just create! I even kept my mess contained as I worked right in the kitchen... it is my favorite place to be.

Doesn't he just remind you of a cold winter's night?  Brrrrr!

This is a photo of the card standing..... isn't it just too cute. I love that I can send a loved one a little treat and I just know that when they are enjoying it they are thinking of old times when we were together enjoying those special times...
Today I am participating in a Blog Hop with a wonderful bunch of talented bloggers. I urge you to visit each of their blogs for inspiration for your holiday.  Many are offering blog candy and some like Pam at the Bug Bytes and I have special link ups for your Christmas project.
