Here are the tags all put together.
Now came the fun part, I cut out all the tags in red and white and although I could have cut them in different patterned or colored papers, I thought it would be fun to decorate them instead, so let me tell you how I did that. The top row of tags, the warm wishes tag I inked with yellow and doodled stitches around with a black marker, the noel tag I sprayed with Jazz Blue glimmer mist, the gingerbread boy I inked with brown and added Cinnamon stickles for the buttons, the gift tag I sprayed with Key Lime Pie glimmer mist, the mitten tag I painted with red smooch and added lime green stickles along the cuffs, on the bottom row, I just inked the warm wishes tag with brown and added white doodle dots with a white gel pen, the noel tag I used gold stickles all around, on the gingerbread boy I inked the whole image with Dune color ink and added Cinnamon stickles for the buttons, the gift tag was just inked with brown and the mitten tag was sprayed with Graphite glimmer mist and I used silver stickles on the mittens. WHEW :) sorry about the long description, they were so much fun to decorate.
Now these cute little containers started off at 6" x 4". I used my ATG gun and put a strip along each long side (6" side) and a strip along one of the short sides (4" side), then I pressed one edge together and ran the edge through a crimper and just went back and forth a couple of times. I cuttlebugged the green cardstock with the snowflake folder.
Then I folded the other end the opposite way and crimped that edge.
Then I punched holes in each container and used thin white ribbon to tie on all the tags. Aren't they so cute?
Well, I hoped you enjoyed my project. Thanks again to Sheila for having me.
