Just Stamping

Hello! Leah here from Paper Blossoms and I am happy to be sharing with you today :) I have a very simple card to share with you today that focuses just on cardstock, ink and stamps. Sometimes that is my favorite thing to do!

This is a one layer card using 2 stamp sets that create a 2 step stamping image. I used my Memento Luxe inks which I am still loving a lot. The colors I used are Angel Pink, Rhubarb Stalk, Pear Tart and Espresso Truffle. The stamps are from PTI and are called Stitches and Swirls and the solid version. I have noticed with friends and family that don't stamp or papercraft that they are usually more drawn to very simple designs, cards that are more of a "note card" style. I hope you'll give some simple stamping a go! I loved being able to make this card within just a few minutes...I may make a whole set to give to someone special. Have a wonderful day!

Easter Treat Bags

Hey everyone!
It's Candy here from Candy's Craft Corner! It's my turn to share with you today. Thanks so much Sheila for having me!
I decided to make some treat bags for Easter this year to give to a few special people.
These were so super easy to make!
Used stamps and dies from Jaded Blossom and also a stamp set by Pink by Design.

Cut out all the dies with my Big Shot

Color up the tongue on the egg and the little bunnies with my copics. These are Hershey Nuggets and we can't get them here in Canada. Thanks so much to my youtube friend Rashida for sending me some!
Attach the topper with my tiny attacher.
Add some dimensionals to the back of the little egg and attach to topper.
Thanks so much for stopping by today!
Hope you enjoyed.
Take care,
Candy

Happy Easter

Hello, Lisa from Lisa's Craft Room sharing my project with you this month. As always, thank you Sheila for having me. I decided even though it is a little early, I decided to make an Easter card. Happy Spring to you all. Hopefully, we will not be getting anymore snow.

I used Kraft card stock as the card, which is an A2 size. All the dies and stamps are from Emma. Aren't they so adorable. Look at the details on the dies, the stitching is so sweet. I cut the eggs out on the card with my cuttlebug and then used the stamps and stamped inside of them. I used dimensionals on the bunny, chick, basket and eggs. I added a bow to the basket.

That's my project for today. I'm sorry it is short, but my husband just had Rotator Cuff (shoulder) surgery yesterday, so I am playing nurse :)

Thank you for stopping by. Your comments are very much appreciated.

Wishing you all a wonderful weekend.

Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo Dreams Really Do Come True

Hello Everyone!

Donna Lee from StampinNScrapinWith DonnaLee here at She's A Sassy Lady.  Thank you Sheila for letting me be a part of your blog this month!

Today I am sharing the my Granddaughter's birthday invitations.  Here's a short video of the quick assembly after getting all my card stock cut, embossed, printed and cut using my Silhouette and the wonderful print and cut feature!

We are having a Cinderella themed party this year and I was thrilled to find a picture of Cinderella online that worked out perfectly for the size I needed for these invitations. I printed them on some glossy photo paper (Kodak) and then cut them using the Silhouette.  While I enjoy my Cricut(s) and Gypsy so very much, I am learning what a whole new world the Silhouette offers as well.  It's a great addition to my StampinNScrapin studio.

Below are a few pictures of my process of making all the elements and some of them put together.

I'll be back here next month with a 12X12 scrapbook layout using the Artbooking Cricut Collection and one of the fabulous backgrounds and some altered flowers so stay tuned!

Thanks for stopping by She's A Sassy Lady today!  Wishing you a blessed and crafty week!

Blessings,

Donna Lee

Three little cards to share :-)

Hi everyone.  How are you all doing?  It's Karon here from Karon's Krafty Korner, for my monthly howdy to you all here at Sheila's blog.

I am towards the end of doing a set of 16 cards and here are another 3.  Sorry, it's nothing tutorial this time around, have been away and only now getting back to normal.

For my flowers I used Heart Felt Creations Vintage Floret dies.  The papers for the flowers are from a My Minds Eye 6" by 6" paper called Collectible "Memorable".  The sentiments for the first two cards are from Woodware Craft collection set.

I also used a Sizzix Embossing Folder Set called Sugar and Starry Night, for the embossed backgrounds.

I so loved putting these cards together.  I inked all the edges of all the layers with CTMH Sorbet ink, using this for the stamps too.  I shaped the flowers with a stylus and then finished them off with a small pearl.

Only three more to make to finish the set and then I suppose I better get round to making a box for them. Hope you all have a wonderful week.

Thanks for stopping by today.

Happy crafting.

Silhouette Double Lever Card

Hi everyone.  Thank you, Sheila, for inviting me here again.  This is Charlotte C and I am delighted to share a card with you that I created with my Cameo using a Lori Whitlock design from the Silhouette Store.  The original card was designed as a Christmas card, but because it has four panels, the word “LOVE” jumped out at me when I saw it and thought it would be great for Valentine’s Day.

I used glitter and foil kraft card stock for two of the cards, reversing the rear of the pattern so that the fancy side was always visible, and I also switched out the designs front and back.  The letters were cut from Rhinestone Resin Self Adhesive Sticker Sheets from The Buckle Boutique.  True confession:  I had a heck of a time getting the sheet to feed into the Cameo because I’m so new at using that machine, I suppose.  And since I only had one red and one blue sheet and couldn’t waste any, I ultimately cut the letters in card stock, stuck them on the sticker sheets and used my scissors and/or Xacto knife – easy peasy to cut.  The matching red hearts were cut with a product from years ago – a Sizzix paddle punch (anyone remember those?)  I swear I keep things forever.  The other hearts as well as the mats for the letters I cut with my Cricut.

My blue card – another small problem.  I ordered what I thought matched the card stock I was using.  Well, it didn’t.  But because this product is actually gel rhinestones I was able to color it to match using an alcohol marker from CTMH.  I was a happy camper.

Thanks for stopping by today.   Happy St. Patrick’s Day.  We had a corned beef and cabbage dinner party Saturday and we’re not even Irish!
