Quick Digital Pages With Close To My Heart FREE Program
Hello, I am so excited to be with you today. I trust you all brought the New Year in safely and with family like I did. We had so much fun as it was just my handsome hubby and I. We went to see the movie Parental Guidance and loved it. I can't tell you when the last time we went just for us... usually we are taking a grandchild or two. This time we sent just the two of us.... would you believe we even held hands! Guess I better stop the chatter and get to my post.
Well, as you know I went to my daughter's in Chicago 2 weeks ago.... well these are the pages I did from our little visit. We had so much fun making the cake pops that I just had to scrap them. And, being that it was right at Christmas I did them digitally with Close To My Heart's Studio J program.... Just click HERE and you too can see just how easy it is to make gorgeous pages on your on in just minutes. All you pay for is the printing of your pages and it is so afforable you will love it!
It took me 20 minutes to do these two pages and I love how they turned out. I just love how you drop the photo in and they are good to go and you don't even have to measure to get even they just come out perfect each and every time... no crooked lines or jagged edges to mask!
And this is what the two pages look like facing each other.... just like it says simple! I hope you enjoyed today's quick little post and do try out the digital pages too.
Thank you for your sweet sweet words of encouragement. Your comments continue to inspire me to share with you. Have a blessed day.

My Portland Maine Pages
I am so excited to share these pages with you. Hubby and I went on a wonderful trip to Portland, Maine and we had the best time. It was a company sponsored trip yet I was able to tag along and we had 3 days of free time! It was great and we celebrated our 42nd wedding anniversary while we were there!
As you know things have been very hectic in my life as of late and I just want to thank you for all the wonderful letters, notes and prayers in our behalf. I am thankful for each and everyone of you. I also want to thank each and everyone of the Sassy Designers for being there and always sharing a wonderful post with you... they are THE BEST!
For this post I used the Close To My Heart Studio J digital page program and this time made a video showing you how easy it is to design the pages no matter which option you choose from the site. My video will show both options. Either way it will take you around 15 minutes to make 2 pages. And with my hectic life as of late this is a wonderful option.
This is the 2nd page. My handsome hubby and I did a lot of walking and check out the sites... so many special memories captured and saved to cherish. I just love the size of the photos in these shots. And I like that I can fit a lot or as little photos as I want using this program. Just pick and choose for your particular needs.
Here is what the pages look like completed. All I need to do is purchase and print and Close To My Heart ships my pages right to my house. I always purchase the Studio J 5 pack as it is only $39.95 which breaks out to $4 per 12x12 page and I love that.
I sure hope you liked my pages today. It was so nice to spend a little time with you. Thanks for joining me today and tank you for your sweet sweet words of encouragement. Your comments continue to inspire me. Have a blessed day!

Big Boy Gavin Turns 4
We had such a good time celebrating Gavin's 4th birthday. He wanted a special lasagna dinner. The birthday boy alwasy decides what the menu is for their birthday. So we were invited over to celebrate. He is such a little cutie.
All he wanted for his birthday was Legos, so that is exactly what he got.
I was thrilled to put these two pages together as it didn't take any time at all and they were done using Close To My Heart digital scrapping called Studio J. I just uploaded the photos, picked the layout and paper and then just drug the photo on and it was done! I love that as I am so far behind in scrapping and with all the things happening in my family this was awesome to have it done in just a few minutes.
I love that I was able to use 10 photos on this and the photos are in many different sizes and I didn't have to cut a thing. You too can give this a try with the free digital prgram Studio J if you too need to finish your layouts in a hurry. It only cost $39.95 for a 5 pack and that is a real bargain for the quality of the pages.
I hope you enjoyed today's post, I know I had fun sharing it with you.

Making Pages With Many Photos Can Be Challenging
Recently I made a quick trip to Chicago. Hubby and I only had the weekend to spend and we used our time wisely. The first day was spent with friends for their 50th wedding anniversary. But the photos you are seeing is with family! And I had to use all the photos because that was what was important to me. We had such a lovely day together. After church we had lunch and then a leisurely afternoon just playing around and visiting... it was wonderful and I cherish this day. But how to scrap them was a challenge as we did everything and nothing all in one beautiful day.
Fortunately with Close To My Heart's Studio J digital scrapbooking program it made it easy. All I had to do was upload the photos I wanted, choose the paper and then pick a layout. From there all I did was drag the photo into the little photo box and type my journal entry. In less than an hour this page was complete! I love it.
Look at these precious faces I love each and every photo I took and I didn't have to leave any out, isn't that wonderful? Studio J made it easy and it is so afforable to print. A 5 Pak is 5 double pages and it is only $39.95! You can't beat that and the quality is wonderful, I just love how each and every picture turns out beautiful! And it is great for times like this in my life where I have no time to stop and scrap the traditional way yet I don't want to get behind in my pages! Yup, I just love this option for my current lifestyle.
Here is how the pages look side by side.
I hope you enjoyed today's post. I enjoyed sharing my family photos with you too. Have a blessed day.

The Helicopter Ride
Well I'm still at Panama Beach but my family went for a helicopter ride. I promise you I waved with they flew over as I don't do helicopter rides! Don't worry I didn't get burnt as my umbrella boy kept moving the umbrella so that I was always in the shade! And I had Mike's hard lemonade in the cooler so I was in good shape! teehee
This is two more pages that I designed on Close To My Heart's free digital scrapbook program called Studio J. This is such a great program and this year it is helping me keep up with my photos. In less than an hour this page was complete. All I did was upload my photos, chose the paper, the layout and then dragged the photos on to the page. It doesn't get much simpler than that! And then it is affordable a 5 Pack is only $39.95, that is 10 pages! You gotta love it!
Look at these photos and the brilliant colors, I just love the quality of the pages. I love faces and the expressions on them, it makes you wonder what people are thinking. Just look at Justin I think he is mentally flying in that helicopter already! and poor little Gavin just doesn't want to wait anymore for their turn.
You will find there are so many variables that it is just like cutting the papers yourself as there is so much to choose from. The good news is that the papers you choose always matches! You can count on Close To My Heart for that!
Here are my 2 pages side by side. I love how everything lines up and it didn't take me forever to put it together! I have more time to do the things I want to do... you know like laying on the beach!
Thank you for joining me today, I hope you enjoyed our time together. Thanks for your sweet sweet words of encouragement you comments inspire me to continue sharing with you.

Vacation On Panama Beach
Well here we are under the umbrella enjoying another wonderful afternoon at the beach! We had so much fun just playing around in the water for hours at a time and then taking a little nap. Then we would be back in the water and start all over again. We looked a little rough but that is OK, we were doing what we love to do and everyone was busy doing there own thing.... guess my fat didn't matter! LOL We literally spent the entire day at the beach every day for a week!
These pages only took an hour to put together and I spent most of the time deciding which photos to use. That is always the hardest part for me. I used Close To My Heart's digital program called Studio J and was thrilled to see they have more layouts, patterns and papers to choose from and you don't even need a membership! How nice is that? For only $39.95 you get what is called a 5 pack which is 10 full pages. I love it! The quality of the pages is unbelievable.
Here is the second page. We had our grandsons Justin and Gavin with us along with my son Jason, his wife Regina, her sister Christina and her husband Stephan both from Germany. They loved the white sand the gulf offers. We really had a lot of fun and as always I wish that I had taken more photos of our trip.
I love how all I have to do with these pages is just drag the photos I want onto the page and the program does all the cropping for me! If I don't like it the program will allow a manual crop that is so easy that even I can do it.
Well here is what the two pages look like side by side. Not bad for an hours work! I love how coordinated the pages are and no messed up lines! And look at the photos, I was able to use various sizes. Yup, I really like this Studio J 5 Pack.
Thank you for joining us today, I hope you enjoyed today's post. Thank you for your sweet sweet words of encouragement. Your comments continue to inspire me to share with you.

My Memorial Day Pages
Well we had a blast on Memorial Day Weekend. We actually had family from Chicago come and visit so it was a really special time for all of us. My husband's sister Susan and her husband Greg spent a few days with us. We always stay with them when we go up north, so it was nice to reciprocate.
It was in the lower 90's so we spent the afternoon and evening in the pool just relaxing and spending time together. Our little pool hasn't been up for long so the water was really refreshing.
I love that I was able to get on line and in a matter of just a few minutes I could produce these wonderful pages. You see I am so far behind in scrapping that I seem to be doing a lot of digital pages just to keep up. The good news is with the help of Studio J on the Close To My Heart Site I am able to keep up with this years events, and I love that. All you do is upload your photos, pick your layout and papers and just drag the photos onto the layout.... can't get much easier than that.
Look how sweet these pages are. The only thing I am missing is my grandson Justin in these photos as since he turned 9 he seems to shy away from the camera and I really don't like that. I will do better the next time as he is so handsome I don't want to miss him in any event. I love the little photo of my little Gavin with his goggles on don't you?
I chased my son around and got 5 photos of his back and he finally said here and posed for me! That's where Justin gets it! Two handsome guys just playing hard to get I guess! teehee
Well that is today's post. I hope you enjoyed it. Here at She's A Sassy Lady we like to give you all kinds of alternatives for crafting. We consider scrap booking be it traditional or digital part of that. We also consider it something to treasure for a lifetime. I hope you keep your memories alive in your albums too.
Thanks you for your sweet sweet words of encouragement. Your comments inspire me to continue sharing with you. Have a blessed week.

Sydney's Big Day
Well it was my Sydney's birthday last month so we had a little backyard birthday party for just the family and had a great time. She didn't want a birthday cake this year, saying she would prefer cupcakes, so that is what we had. The children amaze me how much fun they have in our backyard. The subdivision we live in is only 6 years old so there are no large trees or shade so they really have to use their imaginations. We had an above ground Intex pool last year but all that remains of that is the sand from last year! The children wanted us to put the pool up be we are waiting for the association approval to put in a larger pool and that should arrive any time now. Then the sand will finally disappear. (We have installed our new pool since these photos were taken.) So we filled the little 6 inch kiddie wading pool and put that out there and the children had a great time. The great news is the sand remained there rather than all over my house!
Syd is at that age that all she wanted was clothes so of course that is what we all got her. She loved all her new goodies and we love watching her show them off.
I used my Close To My Heart site and put together these pages in less than 1/2 hour! It doesn't get easier than that and the quality... I mean just look at those photos. Don't you love it. It's like working with different sketches except you don't need to do any measuring or spend hours finding matching papers. With the Studio J program, you pick the paper packet you want, the layout, then the distribution of the paper and then all you need to do is drop in the photos. Easy peasy!
And look how nice these turned out. I love - love - love COMPLETED pages! There is just nothing nicer than that! I hope that you too get your pages done as each page is just filled with precious memories of the moments in your life.... the closest thing you can ever get to reliving those special times.
I hope you enjoyed my little project today. I know I sure enjoy having these pages completed, especially the same week as the event. Thank you for your sweet sweet words of encouragement. Your comments inspire me to continue sharing with you.

Little Gavin's Birthday
Here is another oldie.... Gavin's 3rd birthday and he is almost ready to turn 4! he is such a handsome little guy and is ALL BOY. I just love his little angelic face and can't help but laugh as he gets into so much trouble. They had little cars on his birthday cake so as soon as the candles were blown out he proceeded to play with the little cars on the road that was drawn on to the cake. He loved it and let me tell you this little tyke had frosting all over everything!
As you can tell I am really behind in my scrapping so I was thrilled to find these Studio J 5 packs at Close To My Heart. Incredible only $55 and I can use the digital software FREE and it pays for 5 double page layouts or a total of 10 pages processed, placed in quality album sheets and even shipped directly to my home! I am thrilled and it was so easy. I did 10 pages all together, all at work on my lunch/break time and all I had to do was bring my little jump drive from home that I store my photos on.
I got to pick from their paper packs, decide how many photos I was using, brads, buttons, ribbons and it was so EASY anyone could do it.
And this is a copy of of the pages side by side, don't they look awesome? I love how you can make your photos large or small right at the time you are laying out your pages. So different from conventional methods where you either have to be an expert planner or deal with the photos you have on hand. I also love how there is always a place to journal what is going on in your pages, and we all know how important that is.
Close To My Heart makes it so easy to put these pages together, I hope you too take the time to play and maybe make a few pages of your own. This page only took an hour to do from beginning to end. I purchased a 5 Pack, that's where you buy 5- 2 page layouts complete with page protectors and free shipping so all I do is type in my code and they ship it out to me. I did 2 pages last week, these 2 today and have 3 more sets to go, then I will place the order for them to ship out. It's great that they will come right to my door. And, I love that I can do them right at my desk on my lunch hour! How nice is that? Now for those of you that order a Studio J 5 pack know that you qualify for the Dotty For You special paper pack for only $5 at time of purchase. The papers are just awesome, so bright and cheery they are just perfect for spring and summer. I have mine and can't wait to get working on some projects. Don't forget that you also would qualify for the stamp of the month too, and these are both a limited time offer. So hurry and get yours today.May 1, 2012
Finally Finished My Dallas Stampede Layout!
It is hard to believe that it has been over a year since the Stampede but it sure has. I had so much fun with my friends Melissa (left) of Melissa Made and Pam(right) of The Bug Bytes, we were inseparable. Then I can't forget Elizabeth and Linda and so many other wonderful, wonderful ladies. We had so much fun and with that Provocraft would do another like it!

Here is the second page. Sorry about the little marks on the top corners of the page they are there for editing purposes and I didn't get them cropped all the way out when I did a clip of the pages for my blog so I could share with you. Did you see who is in the photo.... even got to pose with the big wigs at Provocraft and Teresa Collins herself! Boy is she a sweetie... I even too her class. It was so much fun.
And this is a copy of of the pages side by side, won't they look great in my album? I love how you can make your photos large or small... gotta love the three crazy ladies on the front left! teehee. Can't wait till us ladies get together again.

Talladega Racing
Talladega Racing was a blast. Hubby took me and we had such a great time... I can't tell you who won or even who raced but I can attest to the fact that it was exciting! I just can't get over how fast those cars go around the track touching each other the whole way, they call it drafting. I thought it was insane! The noise level was something that you just had to experience. When the cars went by the core of your body just shook.
Well I finally took the time to scrap these pages and I used the CTMH digital Studio J program as it is free to use, you only pay to process the photos, and I like that. Love the papers I chose too they are from the Cruisin' paper package just in case you prefer using paper. I love doing both and my books are filled with both paper and digital scrapping.
The first page I did is just hubby and I kind of relaxing and enjoying looking around in the stands. The bottom photos is of us on the campgrounds after breakfast in the morning. I was showing off my 1st Talladega ticket.
For the second page I just used online photos as you really can't get close enough to take shots like this unless you have the right zoom lens and the skill to do it. So know the quality of the photos isn't up to normal but will do fine for our personal albums. What a wonderful collage of what we experienced on the track. I can still feel the sound and smell the burning rubber of the tires. Awesome experience that we will always remember.

Another Easter Layout
I am so excited that I am catching up on my scrap books I can't even express it fully. These photos are from Easter 2010! Can you believe it? The children will really love them. I was amazed at how much they have grown and how warm the weather was 2 years ago. We had a little blow up pool in the back yard for them to play in and we ate our Easter dinner outside!
As you can tell I am really behind in my scrapping so I was thrilled to find these Studio J 5 packs at Close To My Heart. And hubby will be thrilled to see just how much weight he has lost over the last year! Oh, the little dinosaur was a gift for me from my grandson, he wanted to make sure grandma got a present for Easter too!

Easter Egg Hunt Layout
I just have to show off my Easter Egg Hunt page layouts that I made with my Studio J Digital Scrap booking from Close To My Heart.... I am so excited as I was able to do this at work on my lunch hour!!!! Isn't that exciting?
You don't have to be tied down to your home computer at all, you just need to have access to a computer and your digital photos. After making this layout in just a matter of a few minutes, I know I am hooked. I love how I was able to just choose the layout and the papers and just drop my photos it. I made a few adjustments with the colors as I did want bright and cheerful papers just like the bright colors on an Easter egg. This was just too fun!
Now there is no charge for trying this out, you only have to pay if you print your photos and even at that they send you the page protectors with it. Close To My Heart has a 5 pack where you pay for 5 double pages up front and they even ship it at no charge complete with the page protector. How nice is that?
Hope you enjoyed my pages, be sure to come by in the morning... we will have a new Gypsy Made Simple project for you to try out.
