Gypsy Made Simple - Seeing Double

Seeing double? Not really but it is time to learn to use your time more efficiently when using your Gypsy by making double. Let's face it when ever we make a project we are taking out our supplies, searching for paper, cutting on the machine and putting together. We'll save time by doubling your design! Don't just cut one card, always cut two. You will be more effective and have less scrap papers that way.

This is just a quick little video that shows you how easy it is to double up. I have most of my card files as doubles and it works great... so easy to cut and I always have a spare for the future this way too.

First I put the little sheep together.
And after I had all my parts cut, inked and ready to go, I assembled them.

Another quick little video that shows you once again to double your efforts. I quadrupled them as I cut the double twice.... so easy.

I altered the original design as I like the printed paper more than the colored paper I chose.

I cut the foam square in half so it fit below the ribbon and the other 2 squares above it so that it layed just right.
Now wasn't that just too easy? And I have a couple of cards ready to go. My challenge to you this week is to make a card any card and double it! It is just that simple, then take a photo and link it up so we can see how wonderful your card is and maybe we can scrap lift from you!!!
I hope you enjoyed today's post and thank your for your sweet sweet words. Your comments continue to inspire me!
Now be sure to link your project up.

I get why you would want to double up but sometimes I like being able to make all my cuts for the card on the mat at one time. Though I tend to cut double. (Fill the mat twice). I will have to try this to see if I perfer it this way or that way.

What adorable cards!!! I plan on doing this today. I never make double cards and I really should. It would help to build up my card stash and use up those scraps. Great idea!

Sheila, the embossing on the sheep looks great, and what wonderful cards they make!!! I agree, it's always cost and time efficient to make 2 or more cards at a time.

Great job, as always, and thanks for sharing your amazing talent with us!
