"Family Tree" perfect for a shadow box

Hello! This is Beatriz from Amazing Grace  bringing you a simple but elegant project today.

Supplies:
Zooballoo  and Home Accents/Ornements de la Maison Cricut Cartridges
Three printed cardstock
Two green cardstocks, one dark and one light
One brown cardstock
One red cardstock
Buttons

Directions:
Cut tree size 11"  on light green cardstock (on page 121 of Zooballoo Cartridge)
Cut trees size 11" on two different printed cardstocks
Cut tree size 11" silhouette on darker green  cardstock
Cut the word Family 3" (Home Accents/Ornements de la Maison cartridge)

  • From the trees on printed cardstock, cut out the individual leaves and part of the trunk and glue them to their respective spots on the light green tree.
  • Carefully apply glue to the back side of the lighter green silhouette tree and place on top.
  •  Glue the assembled tree onto the 12 x 12 background
  • Glue the word Family across the page
  • Embellish with buttons to your taste

With Christmas just around the corner this can make a nice present inside a shadow box. You can even fill out the tree with individual names.

Thank you Sheila for having me again! Have a wonderful and blessed day!
