Doesn't this look fun? I used my Zoo Baloo and the new H2O for a fun little page. My favorite things on the beach are the sun and the water. This layout has plenty of both! I topped the waves with diamond white stickles that looked even better after they dried.
These are my paper choices; the sun was cut from My Minds Eye and the other colors were DCWV. I didn't use the silver glitter paperfor waves like I planned, as the blue had enough sheen to make it look like water.
The whole layout consisted of only 7 cuts, 2 photos, 1 blinking eye, some pop dots and stickles. It doesn't get much easier or faster.
I used my ATG on the base of the waves and lifted the tops to give the appearance of motion.
And pop dotted the photos so they could be in the wave and not look lumpy on it. I made sure that a couple of the wave tops went on the photo.
The little blow up raft is just too cute. I inked the edges and it seemed to give it more of a curved look.
See how cool it looks with the waves stickled.
And our finished page with our little Justin. Fifteen minutes top from begining to end to put together and stickle. I sure hope you enjoyed todays project.
Thank you for your sweet words of encouragement. Your comments continue to inspire me and lift my spirits.
